Policies

Cancellations: When a guest makes a reservation at our boutique Hotel it is not the same as making one at a large hotel. Because there are only five rooms, cancellations can affect us significantly. A last minute cancellation gives us little chance of re-booking a room. For this reason, we have the following cancellation policy.

• A cancellation made 14 days or more will be charged a $40.00 administration fee per room/per night.
• A cancellation made 13 days or less will be charged in full. If we are able to re-book your room to another guest, we will provide a refund minus the $40.00 administration fee.
• No-shows will be charged for the entire stay.
• A group booking of two or more rooms requires a 30-day notice of cancellation.

All rates are for double occupancy. (A roll-away bed is available for an additional $35.00/night. Please inquire about availability.)

Group Bookings (2 or more rooms) require a 50% down payment. (This deposit is non-refundable.)

Due to the historic nature of our building and for the safety and comfort of our guests, we do not allow smoking or candle burning in the Inn. Guests smoking in the Inn will be charged a minimum of $250 fee and up to return any rooms to a non-smoking status.
